At the end of John Maxwell’s book 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, there is an evaluation form that provides a wonderful leadership self-assessment. I created a downloadable Excel file of this evaluation so you could take the test yourself.  The test evaluates your aptitude for each of the 21 laws.

In addition to an easy to use input screen, I also created an auto-generating graph that will help illustrate areas to focus on.  After reading Maxwell’s book it becomes apparent that it is very helpful to have taken this evaluation before reading the book.The third sheet has a summary of the 21 laws which indicate in numerical form which ones of the laws could be an area for additional focus.
